LPNs Needed in Terra Alta, WV

Are you a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ready to take on a fulfilling role in behavioral health? Our staffing agency is currently recruiting LPNs for a 13-week full-time contract at a long-term care facility in Terra Alta, West Virginia.

Both local and travel LPNs are encouraged to apply.

$40–$42/hr | 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Assignments Available

📍 Assignment Location:

Terra Alta, WV

📆 Assignment Details:

Start Date: June 16, 2025 or later
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts:
- Must be open to any shift
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating pattern with alternating weekends
- May include up to 16-hour shifts

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Active LPN license with no disciplinary actions
LTC experience preferred
Current AHA BLS certification (required before orientation)
Willingness to work any assigned shift
Must attend 3-day classroom orientation followed by on-the-job training
Clear background with no misdemeanors or felonies

🚨 Compliance Requirements Upon Offer:

Physical Exam (within the last year)

💵 Compensation:

$40–$42/hour
