The Psych/Behavioral Health facility in Kerrville, Texas, is looking for nurses. They are looking for Psych Registered Nurses, Psychiatric Nursing Assistants, and Psych Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. At this facility, you will be working with patients with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities. This job is rewarding and can provide quality learning opportunities.
As an RN at the facility in Kerrville, you will be responsible for passing medications, completing assessments and charting, patient care, and overseeing LPNs. We ask that you have a minimum one year of experience as a Psych RN. As an LPN/LVN at this facility, you will be responsible for passion medications, assessments, and charting. A year of experience is necessary for this position, preferably with psychiatric experience.
If you are interested in the PNA position, we ask that you have strong time management and communication skills. We prefer previous experience in psych or behavioral health and experience in direct patient care. As a PNA you will be responsible for assisting with activities for those who are inpatient in the Mental Health Units, as well as monitoring and reporting any health changes to LPNs or RNs.
