Fun Fact!
On April 8th, we will experience a total solar eclipse. The next time the United States will experience a total solar eclipse will be in 2044. The Texas office is in the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse. Some of our nurses in Texas will get to experience this as well! We are very lucky to experience this and cannot wait to share pictures with you all.

Recipe of the Month
In April, strawberries are in season, so I’ll be sharing my favorite strawberry bread recipe. Last spring, I made this recipe many times and it was always a huge hit. This delicious strawberry bread is easy to make and bursting with strawberry flavor!

This year seems to be flying by! But there’s still time to turn things around if your year isn’t going well. The days are getting longer and warmer, making it the perfect weather for Stress Awareness Month, which happens to be in April. So, remember to take care of yourself this month as you handle your taxes and manage your busy life. Focus on yourself this month and find ways to reduce your stress, so you can lead a happier life. Perhaps set aside some time for yourself on Earth Day to go outside and take a break.
