Position Details

Role: LPN/LVN
Location: Big Spring, TX
Facility Type: Behavioral Health/Psych Hospital
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Start Dates: Orientations on the 1st and 16th of each month

Shift Information

Orientation Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (First 4 Weeks)
Regular Schedule: 40 hours/week with rotating weekends
Shifts: Alternating 8-hour shifts; shift preference can be noted but is not guaranteed
Bonus: Extra $1/hr for weekend shifts

Pay Rates

Local (within 50 miles, commuting): $42/HR (All Taxed)
Travel (50+ miles & staying in area): $44/HR Blended Rate (Includes Taxable and Non-Taxable Stipends)

Housing in Big Spring

On-Site Housing: Available for just $275/month
Note: Bring your own sheets and towels
Travel LPNs: Must apply housing stipend toward accommodation

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent skilled care/LTC experience
- Must show experience passing meds to 20+ patients
Clean License: No misdemeanors or disciplinary actions
Certifications: BLS required
